thanks Ana-Maria. But I have one question then, if I also install 2022 on my new PC. One client requires me to install a terminology plugin which works only with 2021.

When I tried to install it on my old PC, it never worked because it was saying "there are several versions of Trados which have to work back-to-back" (or something similar) and I never managed to solve that issue even after removing all the older versions and 2022.

So, if on my new PC I install 2022 so 2021 can open, will I be able to add the plugin in 2021? I am afraid to have the same error message, and as the plugin does not exist for 2022, I will not be able to accept jobs from that client, which is ridiculous.

I think it is a private plugin (created from a termbase) :   ML.TB.TradosPlugin. It seems I was the only one to have issues with its installation... Thanks!

this software is driving me nuts, nothing works! I wanted to desactivate the 2022 license from old PC but it was impossible. The links to deactivate offline or to reset never open (message ERR_EMPTY_RESPONSE)

Can someone give me explanation and solution? thanks
