You purchased a Trados Studio subscription not a perpetual license so you don`t have an activation code. The subscription can be activated following the steps from this article: https://gateway.rws.com/csm?id=kb_article_view&sysparm_article=KB0039952
If it still doesn`t work please send a screenshot with the error message.

This is my Screenshot. Seems like Trados believes my subscription has expired, and can not find my new subscription. I went to "My account" (mi cuenta) to no avail.
