we have new hardware on the server which runs sdl license manager
the license is not activated.
i want to deactivate and activate it it will not work and stops with error decribed in Subject
server is windows 2008, license is studio professiona commuter 2015
What can we do to re activate our 11 licenses??

We still have sproblems with activation:
We now have completely de installed the license manager software from the server and reinstalled it again.
When following the procedure after installing the license manager , we try to use the safenet license manager to get the server into the subnet
but when we try to add the server in the "defined servers"section we get the error:
Sentinel RMS Development Kit: Error[5]: Cannot talk to the license server on host "localhost". Server not running??
Can you please help us with this or maybe look with us remotely to see what happens. That would be a great help
