Yes, we contacted online support and the license was reset, but still we cannot activate it on our new device, it still says activation failed.

You can use Snipping Tool to take a screenshot of the error message and then right click on the screenshot > Copy > Paste it in your reply.

Copy/Paste does not work for me ... and I cannot add any enclosures .... basically the error message says: Activation failed. Could not connect to the activation server. Check the activation server address in the provider settings. The request was aborted: Could not create SSL/TLS secure channel.
