Installation SDL Trados 2022

Question

Recently I bougth 8 upgrades from Trados Studio 2022 Freelance Plus 2017 to 2022. I have upgrade one of the licences. Then I proceeded to install Trados 2022 in 2 PC. 1 of those works properly but the other one doesn't works (Trados doesn't opens)

What can I do?

 Can you provide more details about what happens when trying to open Studio 2022? If you have an error message please send a screenshot.
