Licence activation

Hello, I have purchased a 1-year subscription to Trados Studio 2022 (for Freelancers) but I have not received any link/email for activating the product.

I have an urgent job to complete and I can not use the software.

I need assistance please.

    Thank you so much for your reply. However, THIS COULD NOT SOLVE THE PROBLEM.
    In fact I have already had an account with RWS and 12-months-subscription since November 2021, which expired 10 days ago. I received several reminders for a new quotation, but I did not reply in time.
    Therefore, I have just purchased again a 12-months package (instead of renewing the existing one).
    When I open Trados studio, in the Registration Window, I can see my account number and the specific Trados Package, but it says "Your subscription has expired" and there is no option to activate the product.
    I would really appreciate more assistance!
