Unable to add DeepL Plug-in. I am getting the error: "Download failed for Deepl Translation Provider. Make sure you are signed in to Language Cloud". Could you please support in this regard?

You need to log into Language Cloud in order to download apps.
Looking at the top right of the Studio UI, are you logged in?
If not, you can request for a password reset
However, you can also access the apps directly online: https://appstore.rws.com/

Isn't this suggesting where you problem may lie?
I suggest you refer back to your account manager and if the trial needs extending you can work that out with them.
