Can't open Multiterm Desktop 2022

Question

Hi, I can't open Multiterm Desktop 2022. I have tried several times but every time when I double-clicked the app, nothing happened. I have tried the possible resolutions provided online, which is going to the control panel-uninstalled programs-repair Multiterm, and the other one, which is renaming the app folder in C:\Users\%UserName%\AppData\Roaming\Trados\MultiTerm from MultiTerm17 folder to MultiTerm17_old . However, either works. I have also tried uninstalling the app and reinstalling it, but it didn't work, either. Is there any other way to solve the problem? Thank you!
