Seems like I cannot activate my Freelancer 2022 license due to this error.
The same error occurs every time I reset and re-activate my license.

Hello Sodam Park
Please download and install the latest version of Studio 2022 and then try again to activate your license: https://downloadcentercdn.sdl.com/TP/Trados/T2022/Studio/CUs/CU4/TradosStudio2022_CU4_13209.zip
If you already have the latest version and still receive the error message try the solution from this article: https://gateway.sdl.com/apex/communityknowledge?articleName=000018854
Thank you,
Sorin
Hello, Sorin Perta
The latest version gives a new error:
(in Korean) "You cannot activate this license. An error occured requsting your license. Click [Retry] to try again." without [Retry] button.
I tried solution from the article you kindly mentioned, but could not follow the offline activation step.
My "Licenses" page has only "Deactivate offline" option, possibly because all my licenses are In Use for some unknown reasons.
Deactivating offline just makes another error:
"An error has occurred with your offline-deactivation. If you continue to have problems, please Please log a support request."
Hi Sodam Park,
Did you receive any answer from the support? Did it work? I have the same issue on my side :/
Thank you for the help :)
Best regards,
Célia
The case is still open as the suport team are waiting for Sodam to carry out the steps in the KB article. So if you have attempted to follow the instructions as well and it still fails:
https://gateway.sdl.com/apex/communityknowledge?articleName=000018854
then please create a new thread for your problem so we can convert it into a support case and an engineer will be able to assist you. We have an automated solution to create support tickets from a community post but it's based on the user who created the original thread and that wasn't you :-)
