Hi,
i´m having problems activating my above license. I have 2 licenses but cannot deactivate and activate neither of them. I was using one in my PC which had to be repaired and the license got lost. I want to activate the other one in my Notebook. Can you please help me urgently as I have lots of jobs to be done with this tool...

Hi Paul, my PC broke down and now, after being repaired, my account shows that the license is in use but when I try to open Studio, the activation box appears, asking for the license to be activated. When I copy the license # I followed the instructions to deactivate the license I get following message: "Activation failed. Could not connect to the activation server. Check the activation server address in the provider settings. - A solicitação foi anulada. Não foi possivel criar um canal seguro para SSL/TLS."
Do you have any suggestions?

Are you running W7 by any chance?

Hi Paul, I followed the instructions in the link you sent me (solution 2, changing some files in Pasolo), but now I can´t even access the Studio app to get into the Activation box. Please log a case with the technical support team asap. Thanks and best regads.
