Hi,
i´m having problems activating my above license. I have 2 licenses but cannot deactivate and activate neither of them. I was using one in my PC which had to be repaired and the license got lost. I want to activate the other one in my Notebook. Can you please help me urgently as I have lots of jobs to be done with this tool...

Hi Paul, my PC broke down and now, after being repaired, my account shows that the license is in use but when I try to open Studio, the activation box appears, asking for the license to be activated. When I copy the license # I followed the instructions to deactivate the license I get following message: "Activation failed. Could not connect to the activation server. Check the activation server address in the provider settings. - A solicitação foi anulada. Não foi possivel criar um canal seguro para SSL/TLS."
Do you have any suggestions?
Are you running W7 by any chance?
