Hi,
I have SDL Trados Studio 2019 Freelance Plus. I understand I can install the application both on my desktop and laptop computer with no need to deactivate the license on 1 machine. In my account I see the following though:
Users 1 * In Use 1* Available 0*.
How do I get the extra activation?

I`ve checked your account and noticed that you activated the second activation today while the other one was activated on 15.11.2022. Can you confirm if everything is ok now?

Hi,
I confirm I activated the first license on my desktop computer in November. Today I installed the program on my laptop but the activation doesn't work. I get a message saying that there are no licences available for the activation code entered.
