How to contact the Trados support team ? Can't deactivate my licence neither ON- nor OFF-line...
Nothing is working and I can't find any email adress or phone number to reach the Customer Support...

Corinne Wininger If you don't have a support contract you cannot contact the Trados Support team at all, you can only create a case in this forum and if the issue is related to licensing or installation we will contact the team on your behalf.
