Perhaps also just check what you are doing here. First of all you have selected the Language Cloud Add-on which is not anything that gets installed in Trados Studio, and secondly you may be using an older version of the software based on the small warning triangle. What does it say when you hover over it?
Also, what is the full version number of your software? Current version for 2022 is Trados Studio 2022 - 17.0.5.14757.
