I have SDL Trados Studio 2019 version.
I finished the deactivation procedure for SDL Trados Studio in offline and got the deactivation certificate.
To inform the deactivation, I pasted the deactivation certificate to the relevant box (Deactivate Certificate box) and clicked the Confirm Offline Deactivation button.
However, the process is stuck this state.
How can I complete the deactivation procedure in offline.
I have to start my translation work, right now.
Please I need your help.
