I reset the licence yesterday for the desktop but now I need to have one for my laptop..
It keeps on saying that I can't deactivate it as there are instances on and there is no longer a button to reset it on my accouint

In your account you have a licence available, so this is why you cannot deactivate it online. Have you tried simply using your activation code to licence it? You have a Plus licence so that means you have two activations available to you. Currently you actually have this:

So according to your account you have not activated this product at all yet and you have two licences available to you. What happens when you try to use one?

If you think this will be the solution to getting help with your licensing problem then no. Once you confirm whether attempting to use the activation code works or not I'll simply create a case with support for you... if needed.
