I have downloaded Trados 2022 but am getting the messate 'Could not overwrite file C:/ProgramData/Package Cache/Traods/Trados Studio 2022/sdlsplash.pdng. The process cannot access the file because it is being used by another process.
Can you let me know how to solve this. Thank you.
