Trados Studio 2021 Product Activation

Question

Dear Sirs, 
 After having successfully reset my license and not using Trados Studio 2021 for a few weaks, when I now open Trados Studio 2021, it is asking me for activation (License expired, Activate) but neither the original activation code (from 2019 when I bought the license) nor the new code shown in my account for the upgraded Studio 2021 is working. Can you please advise?
