Need to install and activate Trados on a new computer after the one computer crashed.

I have a Plus version and wanted to deactivate 1 licence

1. It is not shown what licence belongs to what activaitation code

2. Offline deactivatioin is not possible

3. I tried to deactivate both and failed because I need an authorization code not knowing what to do with that.

4. I copied it in the field below and received

"An error has occurred with your offline-deactivation. If you continue to have problems, please"

That is exactly what I need when a computer crashed and I have to set up everything new.

Thanks God I could install MemoQ and activate it without any problem and that software can handle Trados files.

And when it comes to server downloads and Trados packages I have the second computer.

Why don't you make it more complicated!!!
