Studio 2022 License deactivated

I have been using Studio 2022 with my academic login. Since yesterday the license has been deactivated for some reason and it won't let me login any more. See below screenshot. I have since registered with my personal email address and even with that I get the same error. Please let me know how to resolve this?

Trados Studio information dialog box stating 'The product license has been deactivated and Trados Studio will now exit. To start Trados Studio again, you must activate the product.' with an OK button.
