I'd like to deactivate Studio 2017 Freelance Plus, but I get the error shown below. (I think I should have deactivate the 2017 license BEFORE proceeding with the 2021 Upgrade...) Could you please let me know how to deactivate 2017? Thanks!

It`s not necessary to deactivate the 2017 license, you can use both 2017 and 2021 version at the same time if needed. If you don`t want to use 2017 version anymore you can go ahead and uninstall it without deactivating the license.
