In order to have the 2022 license in your account you need to process the license upgrade from 2019 to 2022 as described in this article: https://gateway.rws.com/csm?id=kb_article_view&sysparm_article=KB0039975
For Freelance licenses like yours it is not necessary to deactivate Studio 2019 before processing the upgrade.

Thank you for your kind response. The problem is that I cannot upgrade from 2019 to 2022 but only from 2019 to 2021. When I go to licenses, there is no upgrade option for 2022 but only for 2021 and then there is the option to buy the upgrade for 2021, however I bought and downloaded the 2022 version.
