I have a new laptop on which I wish to use Studio 2021 (purchased in August 2020)
My RWS account reads my licence, valid for "SDL Trados Studio 2021 Freelance",has no expiry date.

When I open Studio 2021, I am prompted to enter a validation code: I entered my licence number, but then got an error message:
"Could not activate this licence. No licences are currently available for the specified activation code".

I used my RWS account to download Studio 2021, and the downloaded file reads "TradosStudio2021SR2_16.2.10.9305"

I cannot find any other version of Studio 2021 in the download section of my RWS account, nor any "activation code" other than my licence number.

Is it possible that the file available to download include upgrades that I am not entitled to access, and if so, how could I obtain the product version corresponding to my licence?

Otherwise, how could I solve this issue?
