My error information is the following:
The issue occurred after I tried to update Trados to version 2021 SR2 - 16.2.10.9305. I deinstalled everything (all plugins, MultiTerm) and used the troubleshooting by resetting (renaming with _old) and also deleted projects.xml and it is still not working. After installing it again, the same error message is popping up.
Can you please support me so I can use Trados again?
