I moved Trados Studio 2022 to another computer. Deactivation didn't work so I sent a message to support. 10 days later, no answer and I'm stuck. Clients not happy, I'm not happy. I'm looking business right now !!! I need this to be fix ASAP

DEVELOPERS REALLY NEED TO CRACK ON WITH THOSE BASIC ISSUES FOR THE PRICE WE PAY !

    What was your ticket number?  How did you contact support?  I am extremely surprised to read this because the support team are always very quick to respond to problems of this nature.  I'll create a new ticket for you now but it would be good to know how you went about this the first time?  Quite often we learn people tell us they contacted support but they actually didn't do this at all... or they did, but then never saw multiple responses that were provided because they disappeared into their spam folders.  So please keep an eye out for the email to the next post.
