I'm trying to deactivate my license so I can activate it again on my traveling laptop.
I keep getting the message "multiple instances of this application running". I've looked through the forums and see similar questions but no solutions. I have restarted Windows multiple times, and it does not clear the multiple instances. How can I deactivate my license?
