Re-activation still not OK

Question

Hello, 
 
 I recently experienced activation issues with Studio 19, and filed a support request (ticket 00773748). That allowed me to open the app, and load a document for translation, even though I get an error message (see attachment) each time.

And I still can't open packages (see attachment)

So, what should I do?

 The message looks clear to me. You seem to be trying to import a project package, so you're opening a return package, but you don't have the project that was the original package would have been based on. Isn't that the case? If not please explain your workflow and how yo got to this point.
