Re-activation still not OK

Hello,
I recently experienced activation issues with Studio 19, and filed a support request (ticket 00773748). That allowed me to open the app, and load a document for translation, even though I get an error message (see attachment) each time.

Error message in Trados Studio stating 'An error occurred while sending the request.' with an OK button.

And I still can't open packages (see attachment)

Trados Studio package import error message 'Failed to import return package, because it contains a project that does not exist in your setup (Name='0'; ID='1'). (1 errors, 0 warnings)'

So, what should I do?
