I purchased a new license for my subscription and although I had access to two licenses, all of my accesses have been blocked and "my subscription has expired". I don't know what I should do now, I have deadlines and I can't work now.

I think the problem is that I purchased a new license rather than renewing the old one (which can just be done through the support as it seems which is quite annoying).
Also, the system told me that I would get a vendor discount but I still had to pay the full amount.
