I reset my license and need to work on a new computer.
But when I try to activate I get an error message that the activation server cannot be reached. My internet connection is fine.
Please advise!

Thank you Paul! That worked - for anyone else struggling, you need to open Notepad as an Administrator and navigate to the file from Notepad. You can then add the missing line and save your changes.
Given that this product is used by professional translators who generally work to tight deadlines, I find it absolutely incredible that SDL have not released a bug fix for the legacy versions of Studio.
