Today, one of my licenses for Trados 2022 (Freelance plus) expired suddenly. When I checked my account page, I cannot see any available licenses. What happened?

Please try to reset the license from your RWS account as described in this article: https://gateway.sdl.com/apex/communityknowledge?articleName=000001616
Then try to reactivate it and let me know if any issues.

Hi Sorin,
I have reset the license as instructed in the article, and I can still only use one of the activations. The problem was not solved. Anything else to check/try?

Once you will use the available activation then you can reset the other one, if necessary, and activate it again.
