I can't deactivate my license!

Hello,

I've been trying to deactivate (or even reset) my SDL Trados Studio 2017 Freelance license for a couple of days, but I always get this error message from the website:

An error has occurred

An email has been sent to support to inform them of the error.

Please try reloading / refreshing this page

My license was installed on a computer that broke, so I'm in urgent need to install it on my new PC. 

Can you please help me with this matter?
