Hi Paul, I have the same issue since this morning. All my licenses disappeared from my account, and the situation is not solved yet. Could you help me please?
You must create a new thread for your problem, explaining what version of Trados Studio use and what the symptoms are of your problem. We have an automated ticketing feature in the community and I can only create a case for Jinseong if I use it here since you didn't create the thread.
We missed this one from Jinseong because he posted into the wrong forum and it was missed.
