Last year I updated from Trados 2017 too 2021. No problem so far. Two days ago I removed 2017 from the PC to make room in the HD. From then, my Trados 2021 doens't work anymore, all my date are lost and a message tells me that my licence is not activated. Is there a link between the two things? Not being expert, I have tried differen things. Online deactivation from my account (where the license is present and said in use) and reset licence, but I have always got an errore message. I've also tried to reinstall (both 2017 and 2021), but the prompt said an older version is already installed and should be first uninstalled (oddly, when I look for the softwares, I cannot find them in the PC, so I cannot even unistall them!). I am really at the loss :(
