Really!! Why?
Have you tried to do this yourself? You may be able to reset your own license by using the Self Service option in your RWS account for Trados Studio 2015, 2017, 2019, 2021 and 2022.
Use this KB article ( gateway.sdl.com/.../communityknowledge ) and follow the instructions.
If you have tried this already then just reply accordingly and we'll log a case for you.

To follow up Paul - I went ahead and submitted a case myself after getting error message trying to reset. I did this just so I could include my license information there in the case. I do appreciate your help. Sorry for duplicating efforts. You taught me to reset and I thank you but that did not work for me either. However, it did get me to where I could submit a case. Thank you again.

Glad you sorted it out. Just a quick note on this in case it helps others:

We don't need it! When you create a post here we know who you are and the support team can access all your license details, so DO NOT post them in here.
