I cannot deactivate my SDL Trados Studio 2019 license.
My old PC has been formatted, so I cannot get the decativation certificat from SDL to deactive offline.
I installed SDL on the new computer, but cannot activate because the SDL in the old PC has not been deactivated.
Please deactivate my license, so that I can activate SDL licence on my new computer.
