problems reactivating my Trados Studio 2022 license

Hi there, 
 I'm having problems reactivating my Trados Studio 2022 license. 
 I first couldn't deactivate it online, so one of my collegues did it offline for me. But now, I'm having trouble reactivating the licence. I keep receiving the following message 'Could not activate this license. An error occured while requesting a license. Click Retry to try again'. 
 Could somebody help me, please?
