Hi,
I was translating on SDL Trados 2019 when the system collapsed. I had to restart the PC, while opening SLD Trados, the tool recognized my licence as a trial one even though I have a normal one. I was asked to insert the licence # but Trados can't activate it and states there is no matching licence for the # entered (data are correct).
Do you have any idea to sort it out.... I was translating 15 minutes ago as usual.
