Error in deactivating Studio 2022 (17,0,0,11594), both online, offline and reset

I need to deactive one of my two activations in order to install the program on a new pc. When deactiving online, I get the error message 210202 (failed to install licensce string). Then, when closing, I get the message that Studio has been deactivated. This, however, does not happen, because the application reopens without reactivation, and trying to install the application on the new pc, I get the message that I have no free licenses. Both "reset license" and "deactivate offline" generates errors as well (I never receive any certifcate to use).

This is kind of urgent, as the PC I am moving away from, has issues that makes it impossibile to use at the moment.
