I have a Language Cloud Subscription through the University of Magdeburg. When I try to reactivate Trados Studio 2021, it doesn't seem to connect to the server?? I don't know what I'm doing wrong; can you please help?

I have a Language Cloud Subscription through the University of Magdeburg. When I try to reactivate Trados Studio 2021, it doesn't seem to connect to the server?? I don't know what I'm doing wrong; can you please help?

Can you please advise if you received from language cloud an email and then followed the steps and create an RWS account?
After your Professor has added you to the university account, you will have received an email (normally your university registered address) confirming that your Language Cloud account has been set up. Did you receive that?

I received an email that said I had been invited to join my school's Trados account and then followed the steps as described. But I still had my RWS account from last year, so I didn't create a new one. (The other students in my class also used their account from last year and they had no problems.)
