Activation Failed: Could not contact activation server (Error code 50041) Trados 2009

Question

My old hard disk crashed and I change into SSD hard disk. I still use Windows 7 but always failed to activate my SDL Trados Studio 2009 Freelance Plus SP 3 since I reset license about 2 weeks ago. Antivirus disable, no firewall. 
 Probably it is similar with Trados 2007-Could not contact activation server . I found same error code in https://www.proz.com/forum/sdl_trados_support/158459-error_code_50041_when_trying_to_activate_workbench.html that cause by the server side.

 Trados 2007, Trados Studio 2009, 2011 and 2014 and the third party licensing technology that supports these products are end of life and therefore end of support. The licensing technology has been decommissioned for these products which means that license activation, deactivation and license resets will no longer work on these versions. 
 You can continue to use your Trados 2007, Trados Studio 2009, 2011 and 2014 on the environment that it is installed on. But should you wish to move your license to another laptop or PC or should you wish to upgrade your version of Windows on the laptop or PC that Trados 2007, Trados Studio 2009, 2011 or 2014 is installed on, the license will no longer work. This would also apply to having a new hard disk.

We have tried our best to support this older technology as long as we could.

 No, Trados 2019 users are not affected by this.

 We do facilitate online activation, but only for supported versions of the product. If you opt to use an unsupported version, that is your decision. Regrettably, we can't extend support for such old versions indefinitely.
