Why does it say "license expired" when I am on the wifi?

I have got a permanent licence for SDL Trados Studio 2017 Freelance.

Recently, I have changed my computer and the switch over (deactivation on the old one, activation on the new) worked well.

It stil does as long as I stay connected by ethernet wire.

But as soon as I try to work on wifi, Trados doesn't seem to recognize me.

it says "license expired" and asks me to re-activate my account.

If I try to send the key, it says that it was impossible to  install a safe SSL/TLS connection.

I precise that I am still on the same box as with the ethernet. Just in another room (or outside, as the beautiful season begins ;-) ) And that the wifi works perfektly well for e-mails, surfing on internet etc.

What can I do to make trados work on the wifi?
