I have some problem

Hi. I am Hyolim cho. I have some problem with Trados license.


I bought Trados license 2022 this year.
A week ago, I bought new computer(laptop).
So, I deactivated previous license and uninstall previous Trados.
But in the SDL homepage, my license isn't active, so I contact an agent and get my license reset.
But, when I enter my license number on Trados program, the error message appears.
And now my license isn't available too.
So, I want you to reset my license again and tell my why I have error when I enter my license on Trados program.
