Hello,
I bought the "Trados Studio 2022 Freelance - Getting Started Bundle" yesterday and paid for it online. I even received the payment confirmation via e-mail. I was able to download the software but no licences appear on my account and I cannot activate it the permanent version. I can only use the trial version. The following message appears on my order page : "We are awaiting payment for this order"!
