Payment and activation problem

Question

Hello, 
 I bought the " Trados Studio 2022 Freelance - Getting Started Bundle" yesterday and paid for it online. I even received the payment confirmation via e-mail. I was able to download the software but no licences appear on my account and I cannot activate it the permanent version. I can only use the trial version. The following message appears on my order page : "We are awaiting payment for this order"!

 According to our system, the order is not paid for. Please check whether you were charged. If you were charged, please send an e-mail with the proof of payment at orderprocessing [at] rws [.]com and my colleagues will look into it and help you further.
