Can't deactivate my license in onilne.

Dear manager of this community,

I just re-installed my Trados and find I can't use my license key, because it is "in-use"

It seems my license key is still activating "removed" previous version of Trados.

The two buttons - Can't deactivate online? – Deactivate offline / Reset License both are not working.
