I cannot proceed with the upgrade -

Hello. I have purchased the upgrade from the 2017 to the 2022 version. I clicked on the Upgrade button but received a message saying:

An email has been sent to support to inform them of the error.

Can anybody help (whilst waiting for support as the automatic message says) please?
