Licence deactivation (offline) not working

I am trying to deactivate my license offline and I am getting the following message:

RWS Account webpage with an error message stating 'An error has occurred' and instructions to reload the page and a notification that an email has been sent to support.

Can you help me?

I need it ASAP, please.
