Dear every body,
I was having problems with my laptop and Windows 11 was installed. But I did not deactivate my trados 2021 license before the installation of Windows 11.
Now, I'm trying to deactivate 1 user of my license in my SDL-account, so that I can re-install/install on the new laptop, but that is not possible.
Could you please advice me how to proceed to re-install Trados?
