Hello everyone,
After an upgrade on SDL Trados 2017 I've started having a couple of issues. This already happened to me a couple of months ago when I did an upgrade suggested by Trados. At that time I've solved the issue by undoing the upgrade ("restore from a system restore point"), but now I didn't had any option but to do the upgrade.
The first issue is when I click on "Click here to generate initial preview" I get the error message: "Value cannot be null" (see screenshot 1 below). And the second issue happens when all of the files are open. After working on the files, I am unable to save them, it shows me an error message: "Object reference not set to an instance of an object" (see screenshot 2 below), this last issue doesn't happens if I open one file at a time (although I've always open all of the files without any problem until now).
Has someone experienced the same issues?
Anyone who could help me?
